The Team Summary Report offers a combined and wholistic picture of all members in the team, summarising their personality along the D, I, S, C dimensions. Further classification to one of the 16 patterns is given, providing additional insight on the similarities and variations in style that are most useful when keeping the teams energised and motivated.
