The greater the congruence between role and the person, the greater the well-being. The Job Enrichment Report explores 8 distinct characteristics of the role with interview questions tailored for each distinct function. There is a summary page for the interviewer to record their ratings for the interview. The Job Enrichment Report can also be used in selection.
