While the strength of the team summary report lies in its insight on team dynamics and how to build effective teams, the Executive summary report offers an useful summary of the entire composition of the team or organisation in terms of their DISC personalities. The report highlights the 5 major patterns out of the 16 typical DISC patterns and include their basic motivations, their contributions to the organisation, potential risks or possible derailers, ideal environment and management needs.
