Your ability to read people will greatly affect the way you deal with them. When you understand a person’s natural behavioural tendencies, you are able to predict the likely responses which would help you strategise your approach and adapt your communication style. You are far more likely to solicit a favourable response when you know what another person wants than to be clueless about the person you are dealing with. Enters DISCAsiaPlus personality profiling.

The DISCAsiaPlus is a Personality Profiling system that equips participants to read and interpret the behavioural tendencies of people. It measures four Dimensions, namely: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance that are dominant in everyone. The real power of DISC comes from its ability to interpret the relations between these dimensions. How a high “Influence” person who has an equal high level of “Dominance”, will behave differently to an “Influence” individual without that “Dominance”.

In the practitioner certification, participants will master the skill of interpreting any DISC graphs that they encounter. Beginning with interpreting two points in the DISC graph, participants will gradually learn to integrate all the four points into a composite picture of the person. As the saying goes, “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” – the litmus test of the course is that participants will be able to write a one-page description of any graph that they encounter.

The practitioner certification focuses on the interpretation of the four domains, D, I, S and C without the plus element. For participants who are satisfied with learning to interpret the DISC graphs which by itself is already powerful enough, this course is more than adequate to equip participants with the knowledge and skills. For more ambitious participants who wants to learn the latest addition in the “plus” element should consider extending their participation by another day by enrolling in the DISCAsiaPlus Coach certification program.
