COURSE DESCRIPTION .
The coach certification program builds on the practitioner certification. While the emphasis of the practitioner certification is on interpreting the four domains, D, I, S and C, the coach certification leverages the same skill but includes an additional, “plus” element: Emotional Response.
With the latest in personality theories, DISCAsiaPlus has incorporated a fifth dimension – Emotions – as an important and integral construct in personality studies. Being able to sense emotions and feelings will truly heighten your ability to sense any subtle shifts in attitudes and in other’s ability to maintain emotional stability.
Participants will learn to integrate how the DISC domains are affected by this fifth dimension and it’s likely accompanying behavioural tendencies. For the first time, DISC practitioners can now differentiate elements of emotions which tend to weigh heavily on the four factors when integrated, by understanding which aspects are pure emotional outbursts with their inherent personalities described by the four factors: D, I, S and C. Being able to deal with an individual on an emotional level or on a behavioural level raises our effectiveness as a people developers.
This course equips you with the ability to use the reports to help others understand their profiles by guiding and supporting your client’s growth. Whether you are a manager, leader, coach, counsellor, facilitating growth, building confidence or even driving results will increase the effectiveness of the people you are working with. Perhaps the greatest satisfaction is to know that you are instrumental in helping people to reach their full potential by empowering them to become who they are meant to be.

Always wanted to be trained in a profiling tool, so when a good buddy of mine asked, my obvious response had to be "Stop right there, I am in". Daniel has gotten a good grasp of the intricacies of psychology of learning to enhance the facilitation experience, which made attending his workshop interesting, engaging and interactive. He has a masterful knack for knowing how and when to invoke learning and curiosity from his padawans. He would share his personal encounters and light-hearted humor to entertain and engage his class.
I find it easy to relate and open up to Daniel because he is a natural coach who is talented, intuitive, and he is a wonderful listener. He surely knows his stuff and is helpful in explaining profile descriptions with clarity. Daniel is an excellent trainer with sound knowledge of DISC theory and its applications. He was very patient and forthcoming in sharing and coaching the participants. What impressed me the most is that Daniel has researched and improved on the DISC tool. He has incorporated Emotional Response (ER) into the personality review and he drives further contextualisation of Asian values and context in the application of the DISC tool too. This really gives meaning and confidence when we are using DISC for our local environment!

Early Bird
Participants who register and pay in full before 4 weeks of course start date are eligible for the early bird incentive. They will receive 2 complimentary advanced reports worth S$69.00 each.
Refund Policy
- Payment must be made to confirm seat
- Full refund is available if a written withdrawal is received more than 30 days prior to the start of course.
- 75% refund is available if a written withdrawal is received less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to the start of course.
- 50% refund is available if a written withdrawal is received less than 15 days and more than 10 days prior to the start of course.
- No refund is available if written withdrawal occurs with less than 7 days prior to the start of course.
- Date and time are referenced to Singapore’s time zone
Cancellation/Reschedule of Course
Instructor-led classes are student-enrolment dependent. The required minimum student enrolment is six (6) participants for instructor-led classes. The training company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the scheduled course. The training company is not liable for any expenses incurred due to class re-scheduling or cancellation.
A one-time rescheduling by participants is permitted. A rescheduled course must occur within 4 months from original course date. All course fees are forfeited by the registrant if a replacement course has not been attended within the 4-month period.
