In the profiling section, you can purchase a personal report and work out the rest for yourself.  However, if you are looking for a guided programme with skilled professionals to share, connect and grow, we have put up a series of training and coaching solutions equipped with appropriate curriculum and topics leading to accreditation/certification of the DISCAsiaPlus model.

The courses and curriculum have been carefully selected with two broad objectives: to increase your personal and team effectiveness.  Delegates are connected via “live” sessions and network with like-minded executives.  Our learning platform enables delegates to connect and learn from each other facilitated by a skilled master trainer.  In the training sessions, delegates are guided to enhance their personal profile while learning from other delegates.  The online sessions are often attended by international delegates thus giving the session a broader international flavour.

In the personal coaching session, you will be paired with a professional DISCAsiaPlus accredited coach.  Your coach will help you to maximise your full potential and achieve your desired results.  A typical coaching session lasts 45 minutes.  Depending on the personality reports that you select, you will leave the session much enlightened with a deeper appreciation of who you are and what you were meant to become.  You will also be inspired to implement development action plans that will maximise their strengths and minimise their potential risks.

We organise regular training solutions for the average individual seeking to improve themselves.  There are a total of eleven courses to choose from.  For the ambitious professional who are keen to learn the DISC language and the skill to administer and interpret the profiles, the DISCAsiaPlus accreditation programmes has been designed to level up your knowledge and skills.  After the accreditation, delegates will be accredited as “Certified Human Behaviour Consultant”.  You will be licensed to conduct your own workshops and training sessions using the DISCAsiaPlus model after you have been accredited.
